About Us

Brian Moreno is the product of South-Eastern Washington and resides in the Tri-Cities with his wife, son, and many dogs.

He has strong connections to the Hispanic community as his father immigrated from Zacatecas, Mexico, in the early 70s and encouraged higher education and a commitment to others. Brian holds an MBA from Washington State University in addition to a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Harvard Extension School. His service to others is encapsulated in over a decade of volunteerism. This includes serving as the Chair of the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs, the current Chair of the Washington Hospitality Association, and several other boards, including the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce, Washington State University’s Global Campus Advisory, and the Washington State Leadership Board. His body of work includes the office of Governor Inslee, IBM’s P-TECH global network, LIGO Hanford, the Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs, the Mid-Columbia STEM Network, and the Pasco School District.
